Careers at BI Consulting Group

Many great career opportunities exist at BI Consulting Group, where we have become Oracle's #1 partner for Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (formerly Siebel Analytics) implementations. BI Consulting Group was founded by OBIEE experts, and the organization has become a magnet for the top OBIEE talent in the U.S. Unlike staff augmentation consulting shops, we focus on all aspects of our projects, and we fully support these teams with an assigned director and executive sponsor. With our typical consultant having more than three years OBIEE experience, we've written the book on processes, documentation and methodology of OBIEE projects. If you are an OBIEE expert (or a Business Objects or Cognos expert, and are willing to learn), then BICG is a place where you can thrive among peers.

While BI Consulting Group has many of the benefits inherent to a small organization, we have no lack of "big company" benefits, including top of the line healthcare benefits; a 401K plan with company matching funds; and unlike nearly every other consulting company out there, we have an annual "club" award trip, where all qualifying consultants are able to spend a well deserved vacation with their co-workers and guests. To see the highlights from 2007's trip, check out our pictures below.

Finally, our employees have consistently found that they are making 20% - 50% more than their previous job. While we can't guarantee that, we can promise that your talent will be highly valued, and we can, and do typically compensate much better than the larger consulting and software organizations.

2007  Partner’s Club  Award Trip

In January 2007, BI Consulting Group awarded their annual  Partner’s Club  award trip to more than 80% of employees who had been with the firm for at least one year. This year’s trip was to the all-inclusive resort of Azul Blue, just south of Tulum Mexico. The Azul Blue had just opened two months prior, and was the most beautiful resort on the peninsula. Below are some of our favorite pictures from this year’s trip. We’d love to see you in pictures from 2008’s trip!
