I was skeptical about an on-line course for this subject, as I didn’t anticipate how it could be done effectively. Go To Meeting was a great tool – the instructor was able to show the materials and examples clearly. Each participant was seeing the same thing and participants could be offered control of the screen so that everyone could see where the trouble spots might be. I liked the group size of the course. Too few people and there wouldn’t be enough variety of participants and too many may lead to longer time required for everyone to catch up and/or receive assistance.”
