OBIEE 301

“The instructor facilitated the course very well. She seemed to get to know the group and their needs/experience.  I was skeptical about an on-line course for this subject, as I didn’t anticipate how it could be done effectively. Go To Meeting  was a great tool – the instructor was able to show the materials and examples clearly. Each participant was seeing the same thing and participants could be offered control of the screen so that everyone could see where the trouble spots might be. I liked the group size of the course. Too few people and there wouldn’t be enough variety of participants and too many may lead to longer time required for everyone to catch up and/or receive assistance.”

OBIEE 401

This was the first time I attended a course onliine and I was surprised at how effective the instruction was The instructor, John, was very knowledgeable, was able to resolve issues quickly, and he showed a great deal of patience in working one on one with students.

The pace of the class was managed very well.  The instructor treated all questions as important, managed his desktop very well so we could understand what we needed to do and how to debug problems.  I liked that most of the course was hands-on, and that we were able to create a working repository from beginning to end.   For an online course, I think it was very well-designed and well-run.”
