Amy is the Founder and President of BI Consulting Group headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. Amy started her career in business intelligence and data warehousing in 1997 and has an extreme passion for the space as well as ensuring the success of BI Consulting Group’s customers. 

Amy has worked with many BI technologies and specifically chose Oracle BI to dedicate her company to back in 2004. She felt that this was a technology that she could feel confident in recommending to her clients to ensure their success and maximum ROI .

Amy personally works with many of BI Consulting Group’s customers. She is able to help them build their BI/EPM strategy, vision and roadmap as well as provide them recommendations on how to build their internal practice to support their efforts in the future.

Brad brings more than 15 years of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse experience to BI Consulting Group.  After starting his career at Accenture (Andersen Consulting), Brad joined Information Advantage in 1996.  Since then, Brad has been developing business intelligence and data warehouse solutions including very large data warehouses built on complex business models in a range of industries including finance, health care, insurance and CPG.

Brad’s focus at BI Consulting Group has been on helping customers prepare for and develop Oracle BI solutions that marry short term ROI with long term vision.

VP Delivery & StrategyMike Jelen is the VP of Delivery and Strategy for the West, he is also responsible for BICG University.

Mike brings more than 7 years of hands on experience developing applications with Oracle BI Enterprise Edition, and more than 10 years of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing experience to BI Consulting Group.

Mike’s Oracle BI Enterprise Edition experience began in 2002 at Express Scripts and continued through 2005 at Jostens, prior to joining BI Consulting Group.  At both Express Scripts and Jostens, Mike began developing repeatable, best practices models for the development and management of complex metadata repositories, connecting multiple complex data warehouses.

Mike’s experience on Jostens’ award winning Oracle BI Enterprise Edition deployment enabled him to contribute significantly to BI Consulting Group’s custom, iterative methodology.

Brent comes to BI Consulting Group from Polycom, Inc., where he managed the Business Intelligence Team, and a multi-project deployment of Oracle BI Enterprise Edition.
