Oracle’s first SMB customer to deploy Financial Analytics against Oracle E-Business Suite
20 Week End-to-End deployment Solution Nominated for the Oracle BI Titan Award
Equinix purchased Oracle’s Order Management and Financial Analytic Pre-Packaged BI Applications, running on an Oracle database platform. BI Consulting Group was selected to manage the deployment using BICG’s Custom Methodology, from a pool of four major systems integrators and Oracle partners.
In addition to deploying the Analytic Applications, BICG was tasked to incorporate Quoting and Service Request information into the solution, which were originally written to run against Siebel CRM, and have never been deployed against Oracle EBusiness Suite before now. The resulting work performed by BICG (new ETL and data extensions) was provided to Oracle Product Marketing to serve as the foundation for a complete Quoting and SR solution against Oracle EBusiness Suite.
Some of the highlights of this implementation which was deployed to over 70 users across 6 departments:
- Balance Sheet & Profit/Loss Analysis
- Accounts Payable Analysis, with full drilling capability to AP Transactions
- Accounts Receivable Analysis, with full drilling capability to AR Transactions
- Product Profitability Analysis
- Revenue Analysis
- Customized training for 3 different levels of users
