The report, which is based on customer satisfaction ratings dating back to March 2008, states that BI Consulting Group is rated the number one consulting company in customer satisfaction by IT professionals at enterprise companies.

IBM Global Services and Oracle Consulting were listed as the lowest rated consulting organizations in the Q2 2009 VendorRate report.
